It's free for students at my school. That's the only good thing. arrives late or never. I was told it was going to be at my house at 6:55am. I'm now running late to class, walking at 7:15am. because it just kept adding time as the driving just ignored me on her route. I'm pissed. I didn't even pay and I want a refund.

Needs improvement, but very useful service in general, good people working in Cota. I suggest an entire revamp of services. For drivers: optional customer tracking and also a way to rate passengers so that Cota can better accommodate people who will actually use the service appropriately. For passengers: A revamp of all services, that being; Customer services times, call center sourcing, GPS routing (which is just bad overall), app software and GUI, but lastly the zoning and overall response.
