Terrible. Absolutely NEVER works. I can never refill my prepaid services on the app or on the website. I received a promotional email but have not been able to receive the gift despite doing what I needed to do. I called customer service and that was a joke as well. After four calls, someone finally told me to try doing what the email said on the day the promotion expires. update on 6.9.25. the app is still terrible. never works. the automated phone option to pay is terrible too, no other way

I installed this app a few years back, and it was great for making my payments each month. Now I can't make payments or anything else which now forces me, and from what I've read, to either go to the website or call in a payment. Like others who have left reviews I get a blank screen when I open the app and can't even get anything to work. I've also signed up for automatic payments to be taken out of my bank account but that only happened once and that was back in November 2018. Fix your App and fix your site cause I'm not the only person who now has a useless app.

This is hands down the worst app I've ever used to keep track of a billing account. I truly thought I was just having bad luck with it just not working for me but CLEARLY everyone is having the same issue. Blank screen with buttons to switch to other blank screens. All I want to do is just view my Xfinity bill and pay it. But no, you have to go through hurdles. I prefer not to deal with calling in just to do a simple payment but they leave us with no option. FIX THE APP!! Zero stars
