App is trash and has been trash for years now. Won't scan for points in the drive-thru. Won't scan the physical receipt. I work directly next to a Freddy's and only eat there once every 6 months or so, just to verify that the app still doesn't work. Then go somewhere else. Rinse and repeat. Like the food. Loathe the app. I go elsewhere and use points for apps that actually work.

When ordering, pressing the phone's "back" button at any time closes the app. If you want to return to a previous menu, you have to go the the main ordering screen and find your way back from there. Every time you select a menu option that is not a combo, there is a popup that asks you to swap for a combo instead, even though you already scrolled past all of the combos to select the a la carte item. This app is unintuitive and pushes the customer to buy things they don't want.

I ordered food from here but accidentally got it at the wrong location, there was no button in the app to cancel the order or to request a refund, I called the store and they pretty much said I lose the money or they cook more food if I was to show up later, it was on the other side of town and I told them that, they quickly told me to have a good night and hung up, in the app it said my order was completed and that I got my food. Kinda ridiculous $15 bucks might be a lot but I woulda used it
