Works great most of the time. I can save favorite meals with all the picky details, pay ahead with a saved card, and earn points toward free items. My only real complaint is that when a store is out of something or discontinuing it, the error that pops up does not tell you what to NOT order. And occasionally, the app will decide that the store you are ordering from isn't serving food at all, and no matter what you order, there's an undefined issue.

Update: Years later and this app is still a mess. No option to remove toppings from an entire order or simply allow a profile to automatically remove certain toppings from every order. Favorite orders don't work because they change their offerings so often. I rarely order it the same way. Everything is still so tedious, clunky and unorganized. Not to mention how often they will advertise something in the app that you can't even order. 2 star down from 3 because you have had years to fix it.

rated them one star two years ago... had no problems since then, until three weeks ago. I was shorted an item. Taco Bell support kindly gave me a coupon on my next order. I went back to use that coupon and the saved debit card is now "unauthorized." I reached out to support and haven't heard back in almost a week. A buggy app is one thing. Terrible support is another. I guess they just don't want me as a customer.
