Pretty stellar app. If customer messages isn't getting through after the first initial message, it's likely their browser deleted cookies. I specifically inform customers not to delete cookies. Otherwise they'll have to keep creating new chats which makes it difficult to follow. Also wish for a setting that only paid customers messages come through, to prevent spam messages.

Laggy. Can't pull up customer info. Can't click to get their email. So while chatting you have to remember how to spell their name in order to look them up in your shopify app. Why? Why would you do this? At least let us copy their name or their email to paste into shopify. But you should be able to click their name and get their order info. This is crazy. Also not showing closed chats. Just says no chats. Just gone. When sending message constantly says not delivered click to resend.

Shopify was a very bad experience for me. I hate to say it, but it is the absolute worst platform for building a store front to sell music and merchandise. lots of hidden fees and the instructions are not clear. Shopify mixes in things you have to pay for when you search for something to use for free. I picked what I thought was a free template for my webpage but after I got it, 2 weeks later I got a bill from a company wanting $65. it wasn't that good. I'll never recommend or use Shopify ever.
