I cannot get past the login attempt. I deleted and reinstalled and still get the same error messages to "restore modal checking" and "restore modal checking version" 11/3/22 There is a workable link on the app login page that takes you to the PFW webpage. I got to the data entry page and the *last* thing allowed is to enter bird counts - after entering all of the ancillary info first. Yay. Pre-realtime data!! Apparently I need to go back to paper and pencil. Please fix this app!!!

So sorry you had trouble with the app! We just released a bug fix that I hope will remedy things for you. (An operating system update changed the data storage interface on some phones.) If the app update does not solve your problem, please do email us at pfwonline@cornell.edu so we can get to the bottom of it! - Lisa, FeederWatch app team

I have not used this app the last 2 seasons...it was so buggy and useless. I thought I would try it out this season. I made my counts on a notepad and thought I could use my phone to enter. I can't even put in yesterday's date...or any date besides the 2016‐17 season. There isn't a way to "clean up" old counts that I ended up using a computer to enter data from years past. I didn't even get a chance to see if the counting aspect is still glitchy. Uninstall again!

App is non-functional since latest update. You can add birds to a two-day count but when you try to select the AM PM data, number of count hours, etc., those items don't work so you are unable to complete and submit a count. This app worked fine for me last year but as of now Cornell is providing us with a useless tool for bird counts they charge us $ to participate in. Not a great PR model.
