The Direct Energy App provides easy access to all account information at your fingertips. The app is available for Texas and Northeast/ Midwest customers. You can monitor your usage, renew plans, earn referral rewards, pay your bill, and more. Log in with the same username and password as your Direct Energy Online Account Manager.

The page generation process is excessively slow, taking over five seconds to render a single page. This necessitates significant UI improvements. The usage statistics are also challenging to navigate. When selecting usage by day, the statistics start from the first day of the month, making it difficult to select the desired date. Consequently, users must repeatedly click “next” to reach the current or last day of the month.

The app is very user friendly. Viewing & paying my bill is so quick and simple. I can easily take a quick glance at my usage, see my estimated cost for the upcoming billing cycle, view available plans, transfer service... EVERYTHING that I could do via the web version, but WAY quicker & much more conveniently!

This app doesn't work at all. All it says is an error occurred and tells you to back out to the log in screen. The website works fine. The app sucks. It was good until there was a period of time that there wasn't even an app available to download. Now everything sucks. I have deleted a d reinstalled the app several times. It doesn't work. The web browser is fine but the app is not worth the time or effort.

What's new

Direct Energy now allows eligible natural gas customers to conveniently enroll in electricity service through the app, along with improvements to the "Reduce Your Use" feature. Additional updates have been made to enhance the overall user experience. Thank you for choosing Direct Energy!
