My all-time favourite water-tracking app! I love the fact that there aren't any ads. You don't need to buy the Waterdrop products to use it, but since this app is produced by Waterdrop, it makes sense that they'd want to push their product. I should say that the Waterdrop products are amazing and personally worth the money (and make drinking water so much easier)!

Just OK. It does what it's supposed, but has inexcusable limitations built in for no foreseeable reason, and emailing support four times gets generic auto replies. Trying to set up a reminder from 20:00 (8pm) to 04:00 (4am) is impossible. The app will not let you have a split day reminder. Midnight is the hard cut off. Do you work overnight shipping, security, or 24 hour restaurants, and want to try and stay hydrated? this app isn't for you.

I like the app but there's one thing that would truly make it helpful - having a unique notification or being able to customize the notification. Without a unique notification, it blends in with my other notifications and I'm missing the reminders. If I'm not already looking at my phone, I don't realize it's reminding me to drink my water. Please add a unique tone or let us customize it. I like the other features, so don't WANT to find another app but I will need to for the unique sound.
