This app has very rough edges. Design leaves a lot to be desired. I am in Europe and still keep getting notifications to turn on bluetooth. It looks like the developer and State Farm ignore years of legitimate complains ftom thousands of users regarding unrealistic and rigid settings and weird functionality. I wonder what happens with all the data collected when users are not driving. Suspicious.

I like looking at my score. But it's way too sensitive with cornering. I have to almost stop on a busy street to turn or I get an event on my score. Also I do not follow too closely but if a car pulls out or I don't want to run a red light bc the yellow light is so short on A1A, I get an event. I have very few events, but my discount has reduced by 60%! I need to call my agent to discuss. I hope that will change this review. I'm not happy with it anymore.

I now have to add a new user ID and password. I've completed everything but the app won't open. Looking for another car insurance. It appears to use quite a bit of my data even though I don't drive much. I don't have unlimited data because I don't use it. I can either increase my data, which is in excess of $20 more per month, or uninstall the app. I don't believe I'll be receiving that much of a discount even though I do drive safe.
