Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

I do not attend many in-person sporting events but of the few I have attended I always used Parkwhiz. This one by far was the absolute best one yet. I saw the streets we were to park on were to be blocked off for the event but not for the parking garage we used. It is easy to get there, parked on the third deck. Took the elevator to the main floor which was less than a block from the event entrance. Super happy with the location of the garage.

My car was recently locked in a garage before the time Park Whiz said the reservation ended. It led to me having to pay to stay in a hotel because the garage wouldn't open and the help line provided did not work. Park Whiz eventually refunded my $10, but I was still out $284 for the hotel and a late fee for a garage that I couldn't get into. They also refuse to change the information about the garage or delist it. I can't trust this app anymore. I will either use Spot Hero or find my own parking
