In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled in Zelle®.

3 Wire Transfers and ACH Direct Deposit require enrollment in each service. See the Personal or Business Accounts Schedule of Fees for fees associated with each service.

5 User Management and certain administrative capabilities are restricted to Customer System Administrators (CSAs) on the business profile. Other conditions may apply, such as if the business has enrolled in Dual Authorization for certain transactions. Refer to the Digital Banking Service Agreement for more information.

6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

I can't even login to the app, the submit button is greyed out (no problem logging in on the website). I called customer service and the supposed text support person could not understand what I saying, kept trying to fix my account. Not impressed with your app OR your "tech support." Trying to use a local bank but might need to make a different choice.

It works OK. But it's now a lot more complicated to do the same thing as the old app. It's also now very hard to see transactions from my credit card. Unlike my debit and savings I have to go through a maze and leave the app into the online websites just to find my credit card transactions and it is unreliable. Depending on where I found it online it had different charges, even different than the charges that the teller at the bank could see. So it's pretty rough.

Paid multiple overdraft fees because of this app. This app has too many problems. For over a week my credit card disappeared in my account and I was unable to access it through the app. This was fixed but it was working fine before they decided to stop letting me access it. I have transferred money and seen it go through and then get charged overdraft fees the next day for a payment. After this happens (2 LATE) the pending status show up on my transfers and my account is negative from the fines.
