This is my first experience with this shopping platform. I've been with Amazon for years, but I buy from them what I can't get from local stores, or what they sell cheaper. Light In The Box had an item I've been wanting for years but could not find, an oil pot. Depending on shipping speeds, customer service and satisfaction with goods received, I will amend my post here with an update in the future.

When you try to exchange something, the app won't let you fill in. The reasons why you want to exchathey don't refund you. Once I got the tracking number you have to wait for 5 weeks. That's not the way you do business. You get a tracking number, you reimburse the person or you ship out. The replacement items I think this is the last time I'll ever order.And if somebody doesn't get a hold of me , i'm gonna get a hold of federal trade commission

Don't buy anything from here; it's a scam. I placed an order the first time, and the dress was cheap and nothing like the picture. They convinced me to take a half return and a coupon for free shipping, and I took it, which they didn't tell me the return was on store credit. So I was literally forced to order something else, and my mistake, I ended up buying something else, and the new order was horrible... horrible. They want me to pay 25 to 40 dollars to return it to an Asian warehouse.
