I did love this game...but for some reason, it wouldn't let me sign in and set me back to level 1 after I made it to level 1000 something. Not cool. And I have to rebuild? I lost ALL my photos and progress... UPDATE: Turned out it was user error because my phone was being stupid. 🤦♀️ But now? I not only have my original back, but gained a new one. MORAL: MAKE SURE IT'S NOT YOUR ERROR BEFORE REVIEWING!

The game is stuck at "Checking for updates" and won’t load. I’m Somya, and I’ve already tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the game, and my internet connection is working perfectly. There’s no update option in the Play Store either. Please fix this issue — I really enjoy playing BTS Island and don’t want to lose my progress. I’m on version 2.16.0. Thank you! I give this a 5 star but just wanted you to notice that's why.

The graphics are super cute, and the game concept is good for a match 3 game. However, the game doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the power-ups in the puzzle. For example, when a bomb should be created, a top is created instead... it's this way with all the combinations of power-ups. The gameplay doesn't correctly register what power-ups should be created. It's not as responsive as Candy Crush or Toon Blaster. There's other improvements that could be made, but I've reached my text max.
