The app was great up until a few weeks ago. It currently only allows me to make a payment from 2 of the 4 payment accounts I have on file even after deleting and reinstalling the app. I can make a payment from any account I have on file via their website on a personal computer. Very frustrating when one is traveling and doesn't have Internet service. June 2025

Takes an absurdly long time to load whenever I try to make payments on my credit card, and I'm highly suspicious that it's intentional. It always takes a very very long time to load whenever I go to make a payment, so I usually have to go and do something else before it loads and forget to pay. I would not be surprised if this "long loading" is intentional so people like me forget to pay.

Deposits are easy. Other things are broken. Needed to send a wire transfer, to a recipient I routinely send to from my computer. When I tried from the app, it doesn't list my past recipients like the website does. No problem I will just re-enter the information. Now it says that I can't use the information because it matches an existing recipient. So it appears to be impossible to send a wire transfer to someone you've already wired before. Complete fail. Tried help line, fail again
