Has some cool tools, but it's so bloated, it's super slow. Also, don't get distracted. If you go to something else for just a minute, it makes you resend a code for multifactor authentication. Also does not play well with latest Android update. Some buttons are under the control panel at the bottom. You have to rotate the phone to be able to click some items. Wish it had a portal for setting up referrals.

used to be a good app but now it isn't. trying to chat or send messages with my doctor it's impossible. the screen has the send button blocked by the Android bar at the bottom. turning the phone sideways doesn't work either. can't delete draft messages. needs delete button. needs work. please fix all the buttons are off screen or blocked by Android bars.

You guys had crashing 3 years ago. Today it's a terrible ui issue making things like sending a message unbearable. the banner covers the subject field, and the app draws below the status bar. Update your app and handle it via windowInsets from the Android OS API. a large company like you guys should keep up to date with the Android OS - they force full screen now on API 33+
