Casey's

Takes a long time to get some if the points, if get them at all. For instance even though app is up to date, points earned only up to 19th and today is 29th. Only way to reach Casey's is email and have to have date and time of visit- clerks don't always give receipts 3/2025 Points started getting added in a short time. Have to ask for receipt. Since the update a few days ago, the app doesn't fully load anymore, images don't load, ordering not possible since it doesn't fully load. 😕

The app is amazing! It adds up over time, especially for people like me, who visit Casey's minimum 2-3 times a week. I had a free tank of gas saved up with left over points after roughly 6-8 months of use. Plus I save money on many transactions made here because of member specials. For instance, just yesterday, my total was over $11 but after entering my rewards, the total dropped to just under $9. Of course, it depends on what you are buying, but it's definitely nice when these savings pop up.

This "app" is a crock of 💩 as far as I am concerned. Not user friendly at all and definitely not friendly for elderly and non computer savy people to use......I have tried several times to "log " in to order food just to be rejected for wrong password, have tried to use /redeem my points/rewards to no avail , it shouldn't be so hard to order food .
