I wasn't overly sure what to expect in this but I bought it on a whim because I wanted to try it. 10/10 glad I did. Worth the purchase, there's ample content and things to do, dialogue is funny (funnier as a nerd), and has a good progression system. There's not really a learning curve, it's easy to understand, and the TBT combat doesn't make me want to smash my head against a wall.

I absolutely love this game. With so many awful mobile games out there its amazing to see a game excel not only at being a good mobile game, but just a good game in general. It's a fun, nerdy, old-school rpg with relatable characters, goofy dialogue, a good plot, and good progression. One of the few games I can say is money and time well spent.

After being seriously unimpressed the first time I played this, I gave it another shot. Got fairly far in that time, but again lost interest before the end. As others have pointed out, the controls, auto save, class system and (lack of) inventory management are all serious drawbacks. Just buy their first game: It has a better story, and none of this one's flaws.
