Better than some park apps. we had issues filtering ride height requirements. you can only filter by increments of 5", but the ride Requirements do not match this. so if you have a kid that is 37" tall you have to filter by rides 40" and under. we had a issue that we brought our daughter to a 40" and under ride went through the entire line and she wasn't able to ride it because she was too short (we should have checked before). we should be able to set the exact filter requirements.

Everything has been fixed, except I can't link my hotel reservation to the app. Other than that, I've seen no more issues as of yet. Im able to make dinner reservations and mobile order food just fine. The wait times are accurate. Park map and directions are accurate. I'm able to pull up my passes and tickets with no problems. Universal pay works. Please fix the hotel reservations linking.

When adding Epic Universe to the app, the parking reminder feature was broken. This is evident as all rows from 100-500 which the Epic lot also has, appear blank on the CityWalk lot, but rows in the 600s (which Epic does not have) still appear. It seems developers did not assign the Epic lot its own set of rows, and rather "stole" those rows from the CityWalk lot. Further, it would be nice to have reopening alerts after attractions are delayed as part of the wait time alert feature.
