Horrible app! Would not give me refund after ordering through this app and the driver sent to wrong location. I called customer support from specific location but was told that they couldn't do anything 😡. Contacted support through this app and I haven't been contacted yet though it's been more than 3 business days since I made the complaint for my refund.

I feel like I can't do much in the actual app, So it's kind of not too important to me, except for checking my points or ordering online..which I Seldom ever do, So the app seems kind of pointless to me, it's not like they offer much deals or coupons or anything really..it's just good for keeping track of your points to me at this point! other than that, there is Great Food& Service in the actual Place of business..& you can check your points at the store, but it is good to know ahead of time..

The app is very easy to use. I have 3 different 'standard' orders dependent on who will be home that night. It would be nice to be able to save all 3 order variations for repeat uses. Also, add an option for the oil & vinegar to be "on the side". A check box instead of having to type it every time. And, the staff seldom reads the special notes, but I think there are two places to send notes, make 1.
