07/11/25 I see the app has improved and resembles the earlier version, which worked rather well. I raised my rating from a 1 star. I will revisit. Hopefully, you will choose to leave well enough alone. 3/6/25. This app went to "worst" from "okay" !!! The font and thickness of the letters are so large, there is not enough space to even see the name of the town or city! Why would you upgrade an app to make it look worse and less user friendly? We are forced to use this app for work ...

What a dumpster fire it's been on this app in the past few months. Been using it for two years now without issue. Then you go and change the entire thing. Still can't to get shift notifications. Doing a data collect grab by forcing a link to your calendar. All for what? To revert it all back to what it was before all the change. And Android still sits here with no update on the revert. While iOS has had there 6h!t fixed for week. Whoever's running android needs to find a different job

This app is terrible for Android phones. I don't get shifts notifications on time, and when any request is done for my schedule, I get the notifications hours late or none at all. ***MAY 2025 update: I have reached out to support and there isn't a useful solution. I now have an extra issue with this app, now I can't see events info unless I click on the notification, if I don't click on the notifications and open them directly from the app, they are blank.
