Updated to version 1.1.1, and is working horribly. The day counter will not flip; it stays on the same day, every day. The only way to get the number to change is if I uninstall, then reinstall every day. I should not have to do that just for it to work properly. Any Contact Us link freezes. It's like you really don't want to be contacted about any issues that customers are having. Even the Live Chat is pre-programmed with options; none of which include help with the app. Extremely disappointed!

Used the app before and during my cruise. Several improvements are needed to be in line with royal Caribbean. 1. the cruise schedule for on board activities should be posted for all days not 1 day at a time. 2 a schedule option so you can have calendar with a reminder to go to an event. you would click put on the schedule. this would also provide feedback to Norwegian on what people are interested in.

Horrible app. Should be called "Whoops, something went wrong". I have had nothing but connection issues with this app since I installed it. This should be the source of essential information while on your cruise, but I have had to rely on paper since the app is constantly crashing. It's to the point of looking for other cruise lines for my next trip. It's that frustrating.
