ClickOnDetroit - WDIV Local 4

Waaayyy too many notices. I must receive 10-20 per day. The worst part is that when I click on the link from the teaser, at least half of the time it will bring me to something entirely different. Not trying to be mean, but if this is "new and improved," I'm very glad I didn't have the previous version. I installed the app 2 days ago and will be uninstalling it as soon as I hit POST on this review.

I really like this app for receiving news, but whenever I tap on a notification, it sends me to a page that says "Push Notification" and "Watch Local 4 News live on Local 4+" with a video that isn't about what the notification was :( Using search doesn't work, either. No matter what I search for, it always tells me there's no match for it.

Pretty good for routine information, which is mostly self promotional. Do not look for news. Stories stay here for days. And you will find 3, 4 links leading to the same narration. Every, perhaps 5 minutes, it "refreshes" and brings you to top - in stead of where you were. Pretty annoying.
