I got Wellhub through work. I have digital now, which is actually great, and am looking at the differences between upgrading plans, but can't seem to find a simple way to do this. I can't look at a gym and find out what amenities are available in the plan I'm looking at. There's no list of differences. I use the contact form to try and connect with someone in customer service, but it comes back to an error page. Not sure if it would be worth it to upgrade...what if I needed service?

I was offered this app through work. Used the old Gympass app a couple times. When it was updated to Wellhub, I went to complete setup and quit because it won't let you advance unless you click buttons to turn on location history and enable notifications. There is no way to skip these two screens-no X to close.or button to skip, only the buttons to enable location history and notifications. Poor and intrusive design. Not interested.

I love having the flexibility to have many gyms accessible to me. It allows me to workout at a gym near work, on my way home to/from work and near home. I can see it having even greater value for people who travel often. There's a lot of room for improvement on the app but it's not bad enough that it would keep me from taking advantage of the service. Note: I have never used the virtual classes so can't comment on that piece. It seems pretty complicated although that's not why I haven't tried.
