The app is tied to my debit card number. When I had fraudulent charges on a card I had NEVER used, the card was frozen. So, I was locked out of the app. Frost customer service was less than adequate. They refused to send a new card, insisting I go to a physical location. Our nearest Frost Bank is an hour away. When I arrived at the bank, they stated that their debit card system was down, and they couldn't generate a new card. Do better please. Do NOT tie the app to the debit card number!!

We sincerely apologize for the experience you have been through. On the app we have recently introduced the ability to use your SSN and either account or debit card number if you are locked out. Rest assured that the security of your account and information is a priority to us and we are sorry you had the experience you did.

This app gives me peace of mind. It's easy to keep up with my spending. My favorite feature is when you can go in and freeze your debit card. So noone can use, not even scammers. A few months ago I got an email saying my debit card is now linked to my Apple account. I have never had an Apple account. I immediately went into my Frost app & freezed my debit card. Before any money could be taken out of my account. The next day I went to the bank & got a new debit card.

My debit card gets declined when trying to make payments and purchases online or in-store, even when I have enough funds in my account. I've been a customer of this bank for about 2 months and thinking about switching to a better bank. :\ [EDIT]: Even after calling the bank just to verify my identity and purchases and to authorize those purchases, my debit card gets declined over and over again, and I have to call the bank every single time to verify my ID, my transactions, etc. Worst bank!
