Very glitchy whether on WiFi or strong mobile network. The "secure message" feature does not function, and every single time you log in, a message appears which says, "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Also, when using the in-app camera to photograph and upload claim forms, the preview shows up clear, but the uploaded file sometimes ends up blurry resulting in a frustrating back and forth communication with customer service.

Has issues on Android. I have the most recent version and an up to date Pixel phone but many parts of the app don't rotate or resize so I can't see additional content that is not visible in portrait view. As an example the tax return forms page lists my 1095B forms however there is no way to view them, unless the link is to the right of the field I can view. Also when I send a "secure email" no verification comes up, only a blank page.

I can't tell where the hell this app is putting my downloaded ID cards. It says downloaded, and I can click the PNG files, but I can't find them in my phone file manager anywhere! It is also incredibly slow, and doesn't seem to want to work half the time. Would love a serious update to the app.
