My main issue with the app is that while I have immediate access to my EOBs, I am unable to print them off. This wasn't an issue a few months back. It seems the print capability disappeared after a recent update. Not happy about this since I like having a printed copy of my EOB to compare with the printed bills I receive for services rendered. Please bring back the print capability!!!!!!

This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.

The app itself is fine except that the messaging never seems to work. I click the button and it just brings me to a white screen with an X on the top right for foreverrrr. If this could get fixed, I wouldnt have any issues with the app. But I can't get quick responses and phone wait times are long too..

Thank you for using the UMR | Health app! Google Wallet integration is here. With this update, you can now add your health plan details securely to your Google Wallet. Improvements to the Accident Details form and additional visual updates and enhancements for a smoother experience are also included with this release.
