This pos doesn't work. I'm a truck driver on the road for weeks at a time and I have to go to a store to get anything done because this app is complete garbage. My service was shut down because of a bill pay issue, even though I updated my payment method several times (which kept disappearing, nevermind that) I try to set up a payment arrangement, it came even do that. I was practically stranded out in the middle of nowhere with nothing in sight

Too bad the app gets the rating of 1, it's utter incompetence of the entire corporation that's the.... I mean they never fail to get payment. The procurement of money is 100% all the time, but every single order, purchase, contract.... to the last single item has an issue. Can't get the watch now because my $0 charge "didn't go through" no one knows how to fix it, oopsy-doodle, order internet-"oopsy something went wrong" have to pay extra to order by phone, no one shows up.....(oopsy), $150 not

it's an alright app for normal everyday use if you're just checking in on things. Where it's very lacking is when it comes to bill paying. especially if you're trying to split a bill into 2 payments. It's very cumbersome and non user friendly, needing to jump thru many hoops to finally get to the correct payment option that will let you click on a second payment day that is a couple weeks out past the bill due date. This is important to me as my work does a biweekly pay period.
