I've been using this app for years on an Android phone. In the last week or two (maybe since the last app update?), the keyboard will no longer appear when trying to type something (specifically, on the goals page). I have no issues with any other app on this phone (which I have had for over a year), and I have no problem typing in my password on the login page of this app. I've cleared the cache, changed the keyboard, reinstalled the app, etc. Nothing works. Help!

Unable to use app on S23. After opening, I received this error: "REF: 1890:2C6E:8Z7GZZ Rooted Device Detected by App." I am certain my device is not rooted, and this is a false positive. I bought this phone new and have not rooted the device. As well, all of my other banking apps and pay apps work fine. Many of these would not work if my device was actually rooted, especially the ones associated with Knox Services (which still work fine).

As a 25 year veteran of the tech industry, I must say that this is the absolute worst software I have ever encountered. And believe me, I have worked with some sub par vendors. The android app crashes on launch every time within a few seconds. It doesn't even make it to the login screen. Just the splash and then straight back to my home screen. When attempting to log in through the web version in Chrome, it will at least take my username and password before failing. I use a password manager :/
