Not impressed at all!!! I have $11 earbuds that stay connected better. They randomly cut on/off. If using for media, they are dreadful. If a call comes in, there is such a delay that the other party hangs up. Like others have mentioned, the app is horrible as well and appears to cater towards IOS users only. The demo mode shows features that are missing regularly. And all your see is the same response "Hey Customer, please contact us..." Go fix your stuff so we don't have to contact YOU!

the hearing aids worked well with my phone except calls and audio quit working after updating the software. Re-pairing the hearing aids doesn't help as it used to. Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software and another pairing seems to have resolved the issue to some extent. However, re-pairing the hearing aids is still necessary occasionally.

Before I got my hearing aids, I checked out the demo mode and liked the features like settings for outdoors and for listening to music. Now that I actually have my hearing aids paired, those settings aren't there. Neither is the tinnitus control nor the resound assist. These are all key features that don't exist outside of demo mode. It seems these really aren't supported for Android. I tried the troubleshooting documentation and it's all about iOS! How do you not fully support all phones!
