Three stars because historically, I've never had an issue with this app - I've always been able to log in, see my usage, see trends, pay my bill, etc etc. I don't know if they issued an update for the app recently or what, but I am not able to log in at all now... super frustrating! I'm going to have to find an alternate way to pay my bill - here's hoping the website and/or calling in yields better results...

Every time we try to login we get an error message. Same on the website, too. The company should've sent customers an email regarding this error to notify them that they were aware of the issue and to provide customers with the action needed to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service.
