Terrible. I work for a funeral home and we have to be able to answer our phones 24/7. Windstream switched apps they use for call forwarding or (VOiP) without even bothering to mention it to us. They then hand us this app, which has yet to work properly and after countless phone calls with IT, it still doesn't work. Not sure why you switched apps when the other was working just fine. We are at the point where we might have to go with a different company.

Some convenience some annoyances. If you don't have the app open and in the foreground you won't receive your calls and constantly disconnects from the soft phone. For the other admin stuff it's a little lackluster but what's there is convenient to have at your fingertips. Have to sign back into it almost daily.

Locked out of my payment account since updated. Can log in, no records are there. I've revised my review. After two more months of having to authenticate every month in terms of they don't know who I am, I find this app is just below par. Too much work for the customer not enough work for the agency that dropped this app in your lap. It's a very sad app coming from a very sad company that needs to cheer up and do the work that say they're going to do. Rating two stars now - because they try now
