Karrot is very useful for buying and selling locally,, however, more sorting options would certainly improve the app., for example. being able to sort from lowest price to highest and vice versa, distance of items nearest to farthest away and vice versa, most recently listed to oldest listing and vice versa., for an item.

Thank you for the helpful feedback! We've shared this with our Search team, and the good news is—they’re planning to roll out a price sorting feature soon(hopefully next week). We appreciate your patience and support as we work on it!

It's a good app. However, someone needs to fix the issue that happens when posting something new - it immediately switches the set price to "free". Also, there's an issue when editing posts, it force-checks "Open to Offers". And why isn't there an option to "Mark as Sold"? ... Right now, we have to delete the post in order to mark it as sold...

I have had a very disappointing experience with the Karrot app. Despite its claims, it has extremely low activity and hardly any real customers. The app’s promotional content is misleading, often making unfair comparisons to established platforms like Facebook Marketplace, which ultimately sets unrealistic expectations. Overall, the app feels underdeveloped and overhyped. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable local marketplace.
