Canvas Student

So... This worked great. Solid, good UI, totally a 5-star app. Then I had the audacity to need it for courses at two schools at once. Instead of, say, keeping me logged in to both and letting me switch with a simple drop-down (like email apps and websites have for over 25 years) it instead logs me out of both after short periods of inactivity--say, the time it takes to read a section and take a short quiz on a publisher's app. 1-star for failing at basic credential management.

Edit: this is still going on for me. I am forever locked out of this app I guess. This problem has been going on since 2020 based on the instructor help page. You change your password the app logs you out and will NOT recognize the new password you changed on a laptop. If you click forgot password it takes you to a page where you do that "I'm not a robot" test and then.... freezes. A problem that's been had for 4 years that hasn't been fixed? Ridiculous.

The app works fine, I use it often to check things while I'm not at my computer. My biggest gripe is when changing my dashboard to new semesters there are still groups from three or four semesters ago that are impossible to remove, I do not have their Stars selected but yet they still show up on my dashboard and it is very annoying to me.
