This used to work great for when my power button broke. I still have access to the fingerprint sensor, so it lets me open the lock screen (or my phone entirely if I didn't close my phone with the app). As of now it doesn't work at all. When I open the app, it is just black and doesn't let me press the button in the app. It is stuck in a constant state of loading the app. I need this as my power button is broken, but now I can't use it.

Turns off screen OK, but will not allow turn on with finger print; requires typing password EVERY TIME. (TCL 10 5G, Android 10.) Also, it turns on admin privileges and you cannot uninstall without turning that off; thankfully the app setup procedure (the program, not the widget) allows you to turn off the administrative privileges.

I tried another lock screen app and it didn't work because was unable to allow itself. This one pointed me directly to the setting, very easy to use. But when clicked it opens a screen and only from there I can click to lock. When I try to leave the screen, I need to click back 3 or 4 times so the screen closes. I'd rather have screen locked directly, and with a delay during which I can turn display back on without needing to pin unlock.
