The mining portion is constantly being down as unavailable, get this fixed so that it can be reliable and fulfill withdrawal requests like you used to. I hate that I subscribed for the cloud.boost and then your system is constantly not working! I'm using a OnePlus 13, I haven't been able to access ANYTHING in the dashboard since I got my 13 last month, it's constantly saying that the cryptotab service is down and to try back later

Withdrawals get stuck in confirmed status forever. Only the first 4-6 payments will go through, to get you to invest more. After that, they get stuck in limbo, after 4 days you reconfirm the transaction and nothing happens. The exception to this is the CT Pool app. Those payments are completed right away. Very frustrating to say the least. Don't waste your money here! Updade: i'm bumping my rating to 3 stars since i received my payments months later. It is still unacceptable though!

These are all a waste of time, and it's not a great browser either. Don't buy the boosters; you won't get your money back. *** In response: Following multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I contacted you repeatedly to request cancellation due to the service's failure to meet advertised specifications. Despite seeking assistance to identify any potential error, the promised resolutions were not implemented.
