This is an amazing app. I moved to it from the strong app because I wanted to be able to save more than 2 workouts for free when I was just getting started in the gym. Ryse has an extensive library of exercises, and if you still can't find yours in there, you can add your own. The exercise tracking in the app is excellent, as is the ability to save multiple routines. This app has a great community behind it. The devs are active on the app and care about their users.

I'm liking the app so far. I came from bodyspace. I like that there's most exercises included. Is there a way to suggest exercises? Would love if when we picked an exercise we could just add sets right then, instead of picking the exercise, going to it, clicking add set then repeating for however many sets.

Happy to hear you are enjoying RYSE. We have over 550 exercises in our library and allow users to add UNLIMITED custom exercises :) If you want to make app suggestion/feedback, I have a form in the menu that goes straight to my email. Would love to chat more about your suggestion there and figure out how to earn 2 more āļøāļø on that review š

Personally, the #1 best mobile health care and tool Iāve used to this date. Developed and created from the ground up by former Olympic competitors (Bryan and Jessica), this user-friendly app allows for people of all ages and body status to track a variety of health information. Users can track what they eat, their workouts, and so much more. It's the new best thing for gym rats like myself. Try it out and I'm sure you're fall in love with both the app and it's community.
