I added a gift card to my Digital Account Balance, but the app didn’t apply it to my order. There was no option to use the balance during checkout, and no clear indication of how to apply it. On top of that, the live chat support doesn’t work. This defeats the purpose of both gift cards and the convenience a mobile app is supposed to offer. Update: The Digital Account Balance was less than the total balance of the order.

Thanks for reaching out. The mobile pay balance has to be equal to or lesser than the amount of the order for the order to go through with that payment option. We apologize for any inconvenience!

This app has received an update that has killed a vital feature. I used to be able to customize the size of my drink in a combo by editing the drink option. Now when I open it I can only change the drink flavor and ice setting. Completely unusable since I usually use the combo deal. Edit: the app has been updated and they have fixed the issue with adjusting drink size on breakfast combos! App works great now!

my app crashes constantly. I will have to delete and replace it all the time. Chose Dave's single for my reward with points and added to cart. it added to a location I used previously and then I couldn't get it to change the location so had to delete the app and it emptied my cart but would not let me add the free burger again. idk if it's my phone or the app. but it's very frustrating. on Android. 04/09/25 brand new phone. not allowing me to use deals. keep getting errors. trying for 30 minutes
