After the App update, I am unable to open it my mobile. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to use it. Pls check what the issue is and have it fixed. Mobile banking is supposed to make it easier for us customers to make transactions with just a few clicks...it is very disappointing 😞 the old app version was manageable but this new/updated version is a such pain to use..

I don't understand why I've to lodge multiple complaints just to get help opening an account that isn't available on the mobile app-and the website keeps showing errors. To make things worse, the agents give me wrong and unhelpful instructions. I also requested a callback on my loan application, and no one has gotten back to me. At this point, it feels like Mashreq is only efficient when it comes to opening credit cards. For anything else, you're pretty much left to figure it out on your own.

My account was deducted eight times without my knowledge, and I have yet to receive any proper assistance. I sent a detailed complaint via email but haven’t received a response. I also tried to get help through the website’s chat support, but all I got were automated replies that didn’t resolve anything. I had to lock my card to prevent further unauthorized transactions, which is frustrating because I still need to use it and would have to unlock it again.
