I do the copper package. So the first 100 pictures a month, it did great. They uploaded to my phone at set schedule. After i used my free 100. the next month started having problems. if I don't have the app open at that schedule, it will not upload. When I close out app reopen it for a split sec, it says. Subscribe to mobile plan. Then goes away.

The camera worked great for the first year. After that, not so great. The batteries went dead, I changed them out, and it hasn't worked since. I am getting three green lights, and the profile light blinks continues and will not take pictures. I contacted tech support waited for 20 minutes, only to be told, someone will return my call in (within 24h) the order it was received. It has been almost a week, no return call. I own 2 of these cameras, and I will NOT buy another one.

To the management and devs, i highly recommend making it possible to take "on demand" pictures through the app. Something where we can just click a button and take a picture to see whats infront of the camera. Lots of times, i have these placed around large open fields, and the camera trigger sensor doesn't detect anything at range. So, having the ability to take a picture upon demand would be incredibly useful for people in this situation!
