I pay for both this and Crayola Create and Play. I don't understand why there are so many issues. My son plays this on my android phone and iPad, but that shouldn't matter because I use Google to log in. All the data should be in the cloud, and my profile shows both devices. I have to log in every time he switches devices, and his animals don't transfer. I've received no pet tokens. I've wasted time with customer service in the past. I wouldn't pay for this if my son didn't love it.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some issues! Progress does not transfer between devices, as all progress is saved locally to each device but you can share your subscription access and Pet Tokens with other devices by being logged into the same Profile. Tbh, this game has changed a bit much, I like the parts where you can earn floaties and items I enjoy that a lot, but now it's the scribble subscription (Correct me if I am wrong) every time I log in it gives me an ad saying "Dive into the world of scribble subscription" and I always cancel the offer after two ads! I wish this was more fair for non scribble subscription users! They can scribble on the floaties and items drive in cars Etc. but no! they have to be subscribed to a subscription!

I love this app and have been playing since it came out (I was 9.) Recently, the devs came out with a big update! Only problem I have so far is that it's really hard to customize your pets now. For instance, on some of the larger scaled pets you are unable to reach their heads while coloring, creating a big blank piece on their heads, while the rest of their body is colored. I don't think there is a way to zoom in or out, but PLEASE consider adding a zooming in button! Thank you, great game!
