I tried to buy a ticket. I press "add to cart," and it sends me to the mobile version of the site instead of the checkout page. Then, I have to wait several minutes for the selected seat so I can choose it again and successfully purchase it on the second try. When I press the option to view my purchased ticket on the app home page, the seat and row number is cut off, and I'm unable to see.

lost all my credits and they never replied when I asked about it. I was a club member for many years and had a lot of credits after the COVID years. Then mysteriously one day all my credits disappeared, I believe it was about 10 of them. These are supposed to never expire so I was confused. I went through the trouble of putting in a ticket but I never got a response. Don't have many choices as only Cinemark is near me so I'm kind of stuck using it. But good luck getting me to pay for a sub again

Cinemark is my preferred theater. I like the reservations, the loungers and the beer. The app is okay, but it's starting to become annoying. On the good side, it makes selecting and reserving a movie simple.You can also check your points status and order snacks and drinks. On the bad side, when you make a reservation, they throw all of these "offers" at you. It used to be one or two, but they're up to four ads, now. The number is growing, where will it stop?
