I was hopeful that the recent update would correct the settings reset issue. Every morning I have to go into the app, change the sounds and vibration settings. Then change the tide chart location settings. Then change the tide units back to inches. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. I'm getting close to abandoning this cumbersome and clunky app (and watch). Update: Watch just reset 10 minutes after manually changing the settings in the app!

The app itself for controlling the watch is pretty good. The fitness info it gives you is so bad it feels like someone who has never exercised just slapped it out. It isn't compatible with Google Fit, though it says it is. It's not compatible with Apple Health, though it says it is. It barely helps you track your data over time, you'll end up using a calculator and paper to figure out if you're doing better or worse. The black background is stupid. The tide function actually works great.

It's just ok. The real bummer with this app is that there's no way to specify which phone notifications get sent to your watch. It's all or nothing, and even if your phone is in do not disturb mode, the watch will still beep and vibrate. I'm also getting double notifications on the watch, too. This app needs a lot of work.
