It's near impossible to send a message with how everything is formatted, the keyboard covers the text box so you can't see what you're typing, phone buttons are over app buttons, closing a message puts you back at the home screen instead of your inbox, I just received an error while trying to send a message, you can't even pay your bills with it. It's a nightmare to use and has only gotten worse. For a medical institution's app, this is unacceptable.

The header on the new app blocks the information at the top of the screen, and the footer is behind my phone's navigation bar. Poor design./ Update: Downgrading to 1 star. I tried to type a reply to my doctor's message, but the keyboard covers the text box, which is at the bottom of the screen, so it's impossible to scroll to see what is being typed. Android phone.

Keyboard and voice to text do not automatically capitalize at start of sentence. Does not stay logged in long enough. Wouldnt mind at least 30 minutes. Also, in the prescriptions area, there is a banner on the lower third of the screen that never goes away. I should be able to remove that. Also, just tried to fill a prescription there and got an error. Went immediately to my tablet and was able to fill it on the website without problem.

Hi Kristina, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into the capitalization issue. To protect your personal health information, the app will automatically sign you out after some time.
