Tried paying a bill. Wouldn't let me pay. Tried to pay again and the app will not take my monthly payment. Now they want the full amount. The only payment option was payment in full. Got harassed with multiple phone calls from many different states everyday for months. All said payment in full only. They wouldn't talk about their app failing and not taking payment.

They charge you a fee no matter how you pay. App is utterly useless! Will only allow me to set up automatic payments or make my exact payment, will not let me pay more without calling and wasting 30mins. They obviously don't want you saving $$ on interest as they make it hard as possible to pay a different amount. Will never use this bank/finance company ever again.

Horrible app. It does not tell you that you are accruing a late fee if payment is 1 day late. Doesn't even place a late payment on the following month. When you call CS they say it shows as an additional fee (which it does not). They created and run the app yet they can not accurately add a late fee when necessary. Everyone I spoke to in CS was so heavily accented it was hard to understand them. Just another way to try and swindle more money.....
