I started playing this months ago and loved ít, even created a team and had a great team but every since an update a few months back, I've not been able to get into my game, at all. I just updated again and still won't load it. keeps popping up sorry, unable to load your information, or something like that. I've updated, uninstalled, installed, full service, cleared cache, and nothing. can't even tell my team what's going on. just won't load and allow me to play anymore. very disappointed...

The game recently received an update, but it continues to freeze during gameplay while you're competing against your opponent. As a result, you end up losing all your boosters, perks, and ultimately the match due to unexpected interruptions. I've reported this issue multiple times and have only received a refund on a few occasions. I enjoy the game, but it has become quite tedious to constantly send messages about these problems. This freezing issue occurred in my last two matches as well.

I enjoyed this game until the latest update. I can no longer play regular games, as it just never finds anyone. I can only play solo and duo. I'd really just like to play regular games. Edit: It did end up being fixed and am able to do matches again. Edit 2: It is back to never matching anything, even with duo. I cannot play anything anymore because it just never matches. When I click cancel, it doesn't. It'll stay on that screen and I have to hard close. Please fix, I love this game!
