For some reason after switching phones and attempting to connect my hammerheads to the app it keeps saying it can't find the device. They show up on the list and when I touch them it starts trying to connect but it always ends up saying cannot find the device. It worked just fine when I initially used the app on my old phone but it won't work now.

edit: it doesn't even open anymore, just crashes the moment I try to open it. doesn't support the latest products like the razer kraken v4 (or any version). this means if I want to turn of the RGB lighting I have to turn on my PC in the middle of the night and disable it manually because the hetset doesn't save RGB changes for some reason.

I hate that the Kaira Pro Xbox Edition, isn't in the list. Even though it is advertised as a mobile/console headset. Please add this model! The PlayStation version is there, and it is for console and PC... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Anything with Bluetooth can work with a phone. The reason that it's not there because it's for console and PC is lame! It is designed to use with the phone. That's why you can pair the Xbox and phone the same time!

Hey there! We appreciate your interest in the app. The Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox is not supported in this app since it is intended for console and PC use. You can install the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app via the Microsoft Store to your gaming console or PC instead.
