Protect survivors with special skills, make good use of their talents, and cultivate them as leaders. Take the survivors' varying specialties into consideration when assigning labor to maximize the efficiency of the shelter. They may excel in planting techniques, house construction, wilderness exploration, trade, medical care and other skills.
