What is Killer Sudoku

Killer Sudoku is a true legend of all number games and puzzles. In a nutshell, it’s a perfect blend of a free sudoku puzzle game and a kakuro game.

This number puzzle bears many names: sumdoku, addoku, cross-sum, etc, but the rules are equally simple across the board. Your goal is to fill the grid with numbers like in classic sudoku and also make sure that the sum of numbers in cages (areas separated by dotted lines) is equal to the number in the upper left corner of that cage. Still sounds complicated? Let’s review the Killer Sudoku rules in detail below.

How to play Killer Sudoku

✓ Fill all rows, columns, and 3x3 blocks with numbers 1-9 exactly like in sudoku classic
✓ Pay attention to the cages – groups of cells indicated by dotted lines.
✓ Make sure that the sum of numbers in each cage is equal to the number in the upper left corner of the cage.
✓ The specific rule of the Killer Sudoku puzzle is that the sum of all numbers of each 3x3 block, row, or column always equals 45.
✓ Numbers cannot repeat within cages, a single row, column, or 3x3 region.

I really enjoy Killer Sudoku, but I wish I could see the score of the game as I finish. The screen with my score disappears in the blink of an eye and the current score does not show anywhere in the summaries. ☹️☹️. difficult to keep track of how my games are going when I can only see the very best score of the day, week, month and not the rest of my play

***UPDATE - Down graded to one star and I'm uninstalling it! To be interrupted 7 or 8 times during a game by ads is ridiculous! Good-bye! The game play is great! But if you're using the Hard or Expert levels, it inundates you with ads during your game, pauses your game and shows you ads, multiple times. I get before and after the game, but NOT during.

They recently added full screen ads during the game. The ad breaks my train of thought and I have to find my place when it ends. Just a terrible idea. There is already a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. That is acceptable. Leaving the puzzle mid thought is not. And no, the little happy face praising my last move does not make up for it.
