Terrible customer support. They are rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. Instead of actually reading messages, they send an automatic response and close the chat. No effort is made to address issues, leaving customers stranded with no clear answers. They simply don’t care about the trouble they cause. Still waiting for three outstanding invoices that haven’t been paid after over a month. Very disappointing experience.

The app is not user friendly and relies alot on human intervention. The app should be able to run in the background on its own without the user needing to turn it on daily. The app should also show the prices and allow restaurant owners to update prices. The Nigerian Market is very unstable now and prices change without prior notice.
