I find the SECU app very user-friendly. It would, however, help to have more detailed information about each use of my debit card and auto-drafts from my account. The full name of the business and a more thorough description of the transaction would be great. I do like that i can watch over my son's accounts, too, and easily transfer money to him. Overall, i really like the app.

For the last 5 weeks, the app will not open. I log in, and it gives me an error "unable to connect". Even if im on wifi. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've checked for updates, I've turned my phone off and on multiple times. Would highly recommend not using the app at all if you bank here but honestly, I wont be banking here much longer. Even when the app is working, the bank itself will not allow you to electronically transfer money out of the bank so no cashapp, zelle, venmo, etc.

Pretty nice app. Its layout is simple and easy to use. Clean and bright format. Its great seeing your checking and savings accounts balance when you first sign on. It shows each separate but at top the combined balance. I like being able to easily transfer $$$ from and/or to each account. Only reason i didnt give it a full 5 stars is because quite often it will say "unable to connect" when signing on. But hopefully with this new update, it has fixed that.
